Virtual Mindfulness

Flo Meditation + Wellness is offering virtual mindfulness sessions to corporate offices and conferences, schools and universities, sport teams, and individuals. Now, more than ever, we can benefit from meditation to cope and and cultivate calm and focus.

We believe that meditation and its benefits should be accessible to everyone, and we are happy to offer it in a safe way. Mindfulness is our capability to be fully present in the moment. By cultivating an awareness of where we are and what we are doing, we create space to choose how we respond, as opposed to being reactive. The goal of mindfulness meditation is not to stop thoughts, rather encourage ourselves to be present, more compassionate and understanding.

By giving employees, students, teachers, teams, and individuals this opportunity as a part of wellness offerings, stress will become more manageable, anxiety more controlled, and productivity will increase.
