THE RETREAT

The Go.Slow.Flo Retreat was a mindfulness retreat combining movement, meditation, and eco-adventure. Our guests joined us for an epic weekend of glamping in the Margaree Forks, Cape Breton Island. We are currently enduring and living in powerful, revolutionary times and the intention of this weekend was to go, slow, and flo. It was an invitation to experience a new way of life through the way we connect, play, and live. We moved our bodies, sweat, were immersed in nature, and pushed through our limiting beliefs to create more space for what’s needed. We hiked, river tubed, relaxed, and ate nourishing food. We had real, intentional conversations & then, we were sat with ourselves. We sat in stillness with one another, finding new ways to be with a renewed sense of the importance of slowing down to move forward.
