Autumn is a mother of three, a meditation guide, and a Master’s student in Counselling Psychology. She is the co-founder of Flo Meditation and believes that mindfulness is the key to a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.
A graduate of the Lab of Meditation's 200-hour Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training, Autumn also holds a combined honours degree in International Development Studies and Environment, Sustainability, and Society, along with a certification in Human Resources Management.
Driven by a passion for people, the planet, and social justice, Autumn is dedicated to empowering others to live in flow. This deep sense of purpose inspired her to open Flo Meditation + Wellness in 2018. Autumn is committed to creating nurturing opportunities for individuals to find inner peace, reconnect, and positively impact the community.

Jonathan is the co-founder of Flo Meditation and believes that everyone can incorporate mindfulness and meditation into their lives. Since moving to Halifax six years ago, he has channeled his creative energy and passion for community to establish the city’s first modern mindfulness studio.
As a father, partner, man of color, and visionary, Jonathan draws on his diverse life experiences to cultivate a strong sense of collaboration and deep commitment to meditation. He seamlessly integrates different perspectives to ensure that Flo Meditation is rooted in inclusivity and accessibility, welcoming all regardless of background or belief.
Jonathan views Flo Meditation as just the beginning of a larger conversation about mindfulness. He aspires to be a leader in the field, creating spaces where anyone, from any walk of life, can feel heard, supported, and at peace.
