Autumn is a mother, a mindset coach, and meditation guide. She is the co-founder of Flo Meditation and believes mindfulness is the key to a happy, healthy, and meaningful life.

She is a graduate of the Lab of Meditation 200-hour Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training. Autumn also has a combined honours degree in International Development Studies and Environment, Sustainability, and Society and further education in Human Resources Management. Autumn is passionate about supporting other’s in reaching their potential. Her love for people, the planet, and community is what inspired Autumn to create Flo Meditation in 2018.

When not making the magic happen at Flo, you can find Autumn on a traveling adventure, in the kitchen, or spending time in nature, exploring with her two-year-old daughter!

jonathan dododza

co-founder | creative director | teacher

Jonathan is one of the co-founders of Flo Meditation and truly believes that everyone has the ability to incorporate mindfulness and meditation into their lives. Since moving to Halifax two years ago, Jonathan has been able to use his creative energy, and passion for  community to open Halifax’s first modern mindfulness studio. 

Being a man of many ideas, a father, a partner, and a man of colour,  Jonathan has been able to use life experiences to develop a strong sense of collaboration and even stronger passion for meditation. He has naturally been able to weave different narratives in order to ensure that Flo Meditation is routed in a non-secculer, totally accessible foundation. 

Jonathan hopes that this is only the beginning of the conversation on Mindfulness. He hopes to be a leader in this field and to one day be able to provide anyone from any walk of life the space and accessibility to feel heard and at peace.
