Whether elementary or university level, we are passionate about teaching mindfulness to students in fun and accessible ways. Research shows that a meditation practice in schools improves attention and performance, creates changes in the brain that correspond to less reactivity, enhances compassion and kindness, and reduces feelings of stress and anxiety.

Perhaps you would like to gather for a meditation with a special group of people or prefer to have a private one on one session, we can accommodate! We have done private events ranging from bachelorette and birthday parties, to guiding personal “how to meditate” sessions in the comfort of your own home. Regardless of where you are with your mindfulness practice, we would be happy to sit with you virtually, or in-person for your private meditation.
