What to expect:

  • All of our sessions are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced meditators. We invite you to join us!

  • You are encouraged to dress comfortably. Some people choose to wear yoga clothes, while others show up in business suits. Wear whatever feels best for you! We like to suggest dressing in layers or bringing a shawl or wrap as your temperature may fluctuate.

  • We have floor meditation cushions and yoga mats, but you do not have to sit cross-legged. You can choose to lay down, sit in a chair, or whatever is accessible to you.

  • You are welcome to bring a personal journal to classes.

  • We adore children, and have created a Classroom Outreach program specifically designed for kids from 0-16. Beyond that, our in-studio sessions welcome teens and pre-teens.

  • Flo Meditation is not affiliated with religion. We respect the deep-rooted histories of meditation that have been practiced for thousands of years by people of all faiths. We view meditation as a tool to enrich your life, regardless your religious beliefs.
