go.slow.flo 6.0
nature space resort, prince edward island
September 19th - 21st, 2025
the retreat…
go.slow.flo 6.0 is a restorative wellness retreat combining mindfulness, movement, and nature immersion. Over the weekend, co-hosts Autumn Grant and Rachel Barrett will guide yoga, meditation, and therapeutic circles designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect.
Set at Nature Space Resort on Prince Edward Island, the weekend offers cozy accommodations, nourishing chef-prepared meals by Sam Fraser of Hallamore Lane, and access to wood-fired saunas, private hot tubs, forest trails, and the St. Peters Harbour Beach. Between sessions, you’ll have space to rest, reflect, and enjoy the stillness of PEI’s nature capital, returning home feeling grounded, supported, and renewed.
Nature Space Resort & Retreat Centre rests on 16 acres along an ocean lagoon on the North Shore. This rare ecosystem, where fresh and salt waters meet, is alive with birdlife, winding forest trails, and sweeping coastal views. Set on land with a deep history as part of the traditional territory of the Mi’kmaq people, it offers a peaceful landscape and direct access to the water, a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel immersed in the wild beauty of PEI.
the meals…
Our meals are an elevated part of the retreat experience. Lunch and Evening meals will be created by chef Sam Fraser of Hallamore Lane, whose passion for seasonal cooking and dedication to sourcing from local farmers, fishers, and artisans infuses every dish with a true taste of place.
Breakfast will be prepared by Autumn, designed to support our yoga and mindfulness practices with energizing, mostly plant-based offerings. Our retreat table will be a place of beauty, flavour, and connection. Expect vibrant, nourishing plates layered with colour, texture, and freshness.
Please share any allergies or dietary needs in your registration form so we can ensure every guest feels taken care of.

the experience…
The go.slow.flo retreat is about creating space to slow down, reconnect, and restore, finding a balance between movement and stillness, reflection and connection. Over the weekend, you’ll be guided through daily yoga practices (with a touch of philosophy :)) and guided meditations designed to ground your body and calm your mind. Mindfulness circles will offer space for meaningful conversation, shared insight, and genuine connection in a safe, welcoming environment. Together, we’ll also honour the turning of the season, both in nature and within ourselves, as the autumn equinox invites balance, gratitude, and renewal. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy nourishing chef-prepared meals, time in nature, walks along the beach, moments of quiet rest, and maybe even a little dancing. Every activity is optional, whether you choose to join in fully or take extra time for yourself, this is your weekend to move at your own pace and make it exactly what you need.

meet your hosts…
Autumn Grant
Autumn is a mindfulness and yoga teacher, retreat leader, and therapist in training (MACP student) with a passion for creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported. Drawing on her background in meditation, somatics, and therapeutic practice, she weaves together movement, breathwork, and reflective conversation to inspire meaningful personal connection. As a mom of three, Autumn understands the importance of slowing down and making space for restoration, both on and off the mat.
Rachel Barrett
Rachel is an international yoga teacher, musician, cold-water surfer, lululemon ambassador, and proud mom of two. Known for her boundless energy and heartfelt presence, she blends creative sequencing, mindful movement, and a love for community into every class she leads. With more than a decade of teaching experience, Rachel’s mission is to make the tools of yoga accessible, inspiring, and joy-filled for all.
This retreat will be Autumn and Rachel’s third together, and it feels like a natural evolution of their shared vision to hold space for both playful exploration and deep inner work.
Sam Fraser
Sam is a self taught cook with a deep love for working with the amazing bounty of local ingredients available to us here on the east coast. She ran the sold out seasonally focused supper club ‘Dinner With Friends’ alongside TCM practitioner Ali Jopp from 2023-2024, and has now shifted her focus to private events and catering, as well as making small batch smoked salmon with her partner under the name Hallamore Lane. When she’s not cooking for herself or others (or deep in a book), you can catch her at her other gig behind the bar at Stillwell, or enjoying outdoor adventures with her family, friends and beloved pup.
