go.slow.flo 7.0

nature space resort, prince edward island

September 25th - 27th, 2026

the retreat

go.slow.flo is a weekend retreat that brings together mindfulness, movement, & eco-adventure in one of Prince Edward Island's most beautiful natural settings.

Life moves quickly. Between work, family, responsibilities, and the constant pull to be productive, it can be easy to lose sight of what nourishes us. This weekend is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect, with yourself, with others, and with the simple rhythms that ground us. Through yoga, meditation, nourishing meals, shared experiences, and time immersed in nature, we create space to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember what it feels like to be fully present and alive.

Over the course of the weekend, we'll move between guided practices and moments of rest. We'll gather around the table, explore the trails and wander the beach, unwind in wood-fired saunas and private hot tubs, engage in meaningful conversations, and make space for laughter, play, & reflection. Every part of the experience is thoughtfully woven together to create opportunities for both connection and spaciousness, inviting you to settle into the weekend in whatever way feels best for you.

New this year, we're excited to welcome an expanded retreat team, allowing us to offer even more personalized support during mindfulness and movement sessions, and optional one-on-one therapeutic check-ins.

Whether this is your first retreat or you're returning to go.slow.flo with us, we hope you'll leave feeling rested, inspired, and reminded of what matters most.

the place

Nature Space Resort & Retreat Centre sits on 16 acres along an ocean lagoon on the North Shore of Prince Edward Island. This rare ecosystem, where fresh and salt water meet, is home to birdlife, winding forest trails, and expansive coastal views.

Set on land with a deep history as part of the traditional territory of the Mi’kmaq people, it offers a quiet, immersive landscape with direct access to the water, a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel immersed in the wild beauty of PEI.

the meals

Meals will be thoughtfully prepared by Autumn and Selena using fresh, seasonal, whole-food ingredients that celebrate the abundance of the harvest season. Each menu is crafted to nourish, comfort, and bring people together around the table.

Meals become a natural pause in the day, an opportunity to slow down, savour good food, share conversation, and enjoy the simple pleasure of eating in community. Dietary needs and allergies are happily accommodated whenever possible.

the experience

Held on the Fall Equinox, this retreat arrives at a beautiful turning point in the year. As the days begin to shorten and nature prepares for a new season, we're invited to do the same. The harvest reminds us to celebrate what has grown, to express gratitude for what has sustained us, and to release what no longer serves us as we move into the months ahead.

Something special happens when people choose to gather for a weekend like this. One of our favourite parts of every retreat is watching strangers become friends. It feels deeply human to slow down together. Conversations become easier, laughter comes more freely, and we remember that we're not meant to carry everything on our own.

Every offering throughout the weekend is an invitation. We encourage you to participate in the experiences that call to you, take space when you need it, and trust your own rhythm. More often than not, it's in that balance of togetherness and spaciousness that something meaningful begins to unfold.
