September 25th - 27th, 2026
the retreat
go.slow.flo 7.0 is a restorative weekend designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and step away from the pace of daily life.
Over the course of the retreat, co-hosts Autumn Grant and Rachel Barrett will guide a blend of yoga, meditation, and guided group experiences, offering space to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and settle into a more grounded rhythm.
Held at Nature Space Resort on Prince Edward Island, the weekend includes cozy accommodations, nourishing meals, and access to wood-fired saunas, private hot tubs, forest trails, and nearby St. Peters Harbour Beach.
Between sessions, there is space to rest, reflect, and move at your own pace, returning home feeling more steady, supported, and renewed.
the setting
Nature Space Resort & Retreat Centre sits on 16 acres along an ocean lagoon on the North Shore of Prince Edward Island. This rare ecosystem, where fresh and salt water meet, is home to birdlife, winding forest trails, and expansive coastal views.
Set on land with a deep history as part of the traditional territory of the Mi’kmaq people, it offers a quiet, immersive landscape with direct access to the water, a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel immersed in the wild beauty of PEI.
the meals
Meals are simple, nourishing, and thoughtfully prepared by Autumn, with a focus on seasonal, whole foods designed to support the body and overall sense of wellbeing.
Shared meals offer a natural space to slow down, connect, and enjoy the rhythm of the retreat.

the experience…
The go.slow.flo retreat is about creating space to slow down, reconnect, and restore, finding a balance between movement and stillness, reflection and connection.
With the support of intentional practices, time in nature, and a thoughtfully held group environment, many people experience meaningful shifts, emotionally, mentally, and physically, that can be difficult to access in everyday life.
There are moments of depth, and moments that feel unexpectedly light, from shared meals, time outside, conversations that unfold naturally, & the kind of laughter that comes when people feel at ease. Often, a group arrives not knowing one another and leaves feeling genuinely connected, with a renewed sense of joy and aliveness.
With the shift in season, this time of year offers an invitation to reset, an opportunity to come back into balance, take stock of where you are, and create space for what’s next.
There is time to rest, walk the beach, spend time in nature, or simply be. All offerings are optional, and you’re invited to move through the weekend in a way that feels right for you. Often, it’s in this freedom that the most meaningful experiences unfold.
